The beauty of customising a journal for your own needs page by page, planning your everyday life, meeting notes, monthly journal reflections and a place for me to keep knick knacks like cafe cup stickers and more! For me, bullet journaling isn't just about planning; it's a form of self-expression and creativity. It's a journey of fun exploration, where every stroke of the pen captures a moment in time or an idea waiting to be expanded, adorned with the cutest stickers!

Where are you based in?
We are based in sunny Singapore and ship locally only.
How do you charge for custom orders?
It depends on the the type of work you want customised and project you would like to collaborate with. Feel free to reach out to me at ninecreatives.sg@gmail.com to discuss you ideas.
Orders, shipping & refunds
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping is a flat rate of 0.99 SGD island wide, which is waived if your order is above 20 SGD.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All items will be mailed out within 1-3 business days, and delivery will take around 1-3 working days.
For large or custom orders, a lead time of 1-2 weeks is required.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Kindly check and ensure that your address is full and complete including unit number if that is applicable. Return mail due to incomplete/wrong address will have an additional redelivery fee of 5 SGD. If you have doubled checked your address and it is correct, and you have not received your order after 1 week from date of order, kindly email us at ninecreatives.sg@gmail.com.
What is your return/refund policy?
We take the utmost care in packing your order and in the unfortunate event that you received damaged or wrong items, please accept our sincerest apologies and kindly email us at ninecreatives.sg@gmail.com with your order number and relevant pictures for us to rectify the order.
Besides damaged/wrong items delivered, all goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
